Impressive, ceramic ginger jar style lamp with a twisted body and a iridescent blue glaze. The form takes a very traditional Chinese ginger jar and upends it by adding the swirling body and opalescent glaze, bringing greens, pinks and purples into the surface. A postmodern take on a neoclassicasl shape, it would look fabulous in any 80’s deco or Memphis inspired room.
Lamp base is approximately 7 inches diameter at the widest point, 14 inches tall, the hardware adds and additional 4 ½ inches giving the total height of 18 ½ inches. Cord is 6 feet long. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, crazing or other signs of wear. The will fit any standard medium based lightbulb. The lamp does not come with a harp but has hardware to hold any standard lamp harp and shade.
