Pendant lamp with chain and glass shade. The pendant is made up of steel chain connected to a bell-style canopy and a simple shade holder. The steel has been tempered and flashed giving it a darkened appearance, in some places even achieving temperatures sufficient to color the metal blue. The lamp has a keyed socket. The shade is a Holophane Extensive 106225 with a 2 ¼ inch fitter. The lamp has been full rewired, converting it from a hard-wired ceiling fixture to a portable lamp with a hook for hanging. The fixture can be easily converted back for hard-wired installation by just cutting the cord, the canopy has all of its parts to be ceiling mounted.
In very good condition with little wear to the fixture. All metal has its original finish and patina. Fixture is 23 inches from top of canopy to the fitter.
