Stoneware bowl with a flower-like form of ribbed, undulating lobes. The piece is glazed in glossy, molted off-white, blue, black, cadmium red, celadon green, contrasted by a matte iron oxide. The piece was hand-thrown and is signed. It is hard to make out the signature. The bowl is deep and of a good size and would made a great serving bowl, or as a display item. Condition is very good with no cracks, crazing or other signs of damage to the stability of the piece. There is a very hard to see chip on the bottom foot of the bowl. I believe this may have happened during the firing process as it is directly under what appears to have been a pool of glaze.
The bowl is approximately 8 ¼ inches in diameter, 4 ¼ inches tall
