Eye-catching 3 piece snack set composed of a generous dip bowl flanked by two interlocking divided dishes. The pieces are made from white ceramic, glazed in black and decorated with splashes and drips in red, green and orange. Each component can be used separately, or in any combination of ways. The style is very 1960’s and would look amazing in your basement tiki bar.
Marked on the bottom 64, 255-256, USA, 2503, 2499. It is definitely California pottery, and may have been made by California Originals, likely in the mid-1960s. When assembled the set measures 13 ½ inches diameter. The center bowl measures 6 ⅛ inches in diameter and is 3 inches high. The two outer dishes measure 13 inches long.
Condition is good with no cracks, crazing or scratches. There is one small chip on the lip of the bowl, as well as on the underside of one of the divided dishes and another on the inner-edge of the other divided dish, see photos.
