White ceramic tea bowl, formed on a wheel and hand finished. The bowl’s face highlights an elegant fold and simple, stamped star within a square. The bowl is additionally decorated with an attractive green, mottled glaze over black. The combination of the glaze and the decoration gives it a wonderful wabi-sabi feel.
In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing. Some very light surface scratches, consistent with age and use. Approximately 3 in tall, 5 in wide.
